1. The first
step in a short sale is having a Free REAL STATE CONSULTATION with our Real Estate Broker by Phone, so we can go
over the short sale process with you.
This process is also explained in the steps
on this website. But we realize there
is a lot of information and you will have
questions, so we ask you read all the info
on this site, then give us a call at 425-344-2222 and we'll
go over any questions you might have.
You will be pleased to know, that YOU PAY NO REAL ESTATE COMMISSION NOR CLOSING COST! These are paid by the lien holder at closing!
2. One of the reasons we have such a high success rate for our clients, is becuase we partner with Legal Law Teams to leverage and negotiate the buyers short sale offer, and the sellers terms and conditions on their mortgage(s) for a favorable legal outcome.
Before the Law Group can begin your short sale process, you must meet with one of the 6 attorney's on Staff for a Legal Consultation. Phone consultation is also conducted if you are located a great distance frm one of their offices. This LEGAL CONSULTATION is will give you a complete understanding on what to expect from the process, the likelihood of being successful with the outcome, and it will explain your role, the role of the law team and your real estate broker.
Schedule your legal consultation for any one of McFerran's Offices, in Everett, Northgate (Seattle), Kent, Kirkland, Silverdale, and Tacoma. Reserve your date and time by calling 253-284-3838 x 1
